Devote a Star
Thank you for your interest in devoting a star to the Divine Mercy Shrine. We still have stars available for dedication. The position of stars available for dedication can be viewed on the map located within the Shrine.
The stars are now installed on the ceiling so we can no longer inscribe individual stars, however, your name or chosen inscription will be included on the map within the Shrine.
Please contact the Divine Mercy Shrine admin staff if you would like to devote a star. We warmly thank all the generous benefactors who have already devoted a star to our beautiful Shrine.

Devote a star to the church, for a kind donation of $1,000 per star. Please fill out a separate form for each star required, to facilitate the correct inscription.
